For your privacy and safety, we have taken every precaution to assure that your on-line purchase is 100% secure (industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption) and 100% guaranteed. In addition, all credit card information is encrypted and kept private. Tomasello Winery does not sell, share or trade your information with any companies outside the Tomasello Products family.

Shipping Information

For prompt and reliable service, all orders are shipped using Fedex Ground (insured). Any orders received after 12 noon are processed the next business day (Monday through Friday). As a general rule, no pick-ups for shipment takes place on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as our offices are closed. Weekends are not calculated in the time for transit. However, some items may arrive on Saturdays and holidays if pre-arranged. Please use the fields at check out, to calculate your shipping fees.

As most of our shipments are directly from our vendors, please allow for longer shipping periods to allow for processing. Ground shipment will require 2 – 7 business days. Air shipment can take place within 1-3 days.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, there can be additional fees, depending on the size and dimensions of the pieces ordered. Please add an additional 5 – 7 days if the destination is Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, as we will use alternate shipping sources to those locations.

If you need a specific date for delivery, please be sure to indicate the exact weekday and calendar date you would require it by, along with any special shipping directions, especially when not shipping to self. We will confirm whether this is possible for the given item within 1 business day, as some are hand-made and require additional time.

Please be aware that delays due to weather, while we would love to hinder them, are beyond anyone’s control and we will not be responsible for refunds on shipping due in such cases.

Currently, we do not ship to locations outside of the United States of America and Canada, we also generally do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We reserve the right to add up to $20 dollars for additional shipping should it be required. If the shipping fee exceeds $20 dollars, we will contact you for your consent or to discuss options, prior to shipping your order.

Refunds and Returns Policy:

All returns must be authorized and approved before returning, as they will be refused by vendor without approval. Please contact us at for authorization and approval on all types of returns – see below for specific time requirements on different types of returns.

Items that arrive damaged or broken must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt and returned within 10 days, for a refund or an exchange authorization.

Items, not damaged or broken, must be returned within a 15 day period for a full refund or an exchange; except for sale items, clearance items, personalized or customized items, stemware and fine china, items ordered in quantities more than 5, and or special orders. Non-damaged items that you are returning for refund or exchange must be returned in new, mint condition, including the originally packaging, with all the original tags and literature to be eligible for a full refund.

After the 15 day period, no exchanges or returns will be given.

On items shipped without shipping fees, we will deduct the original shipping charge. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was made –less the service fee and or restocking fee.

On orders over $500 (original price) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All sales are final on sales items, clearance items, personalized or customized items, stemware and fine china, limited editions, and seasonal items are non-refundable –all sales are final.

There is a $7.00 processing fee on all returns. If a customer returns an item that is not damaged, but was claimed as damaged, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and restocking fees.


The customer is charged for all items at the time of their order. If, after the order is placed, it is revealed that a part of your order is on back-order with our suppliers, you have the option of cancelling your order at any time, as long as your order has not shipped.

Oversized Shipping via FEDEX:

Oversized items are shipped by dimensional weight – a combination of size and weight of the box. While we do our best to accurately list the dimensions and calculations on our website, occasionally, we either are given incorrect dimensions, or our suppliers have changed their packing. To address these variables, we reserve the right to add up to $35 dollars to your shipping fee without contacting you. However, we will contact you if the fee is more.

Color and Dimension:

While we strive to give you the most accurate idea of what you are ordering, due to the variety of computer screens, color calibration settings and resolutions, some of the colors of the item may be appear in slightly different hues and tones. On hand-made items, these variations are unavoidable and belong to the charm and uniqueness of the piece. Please be understanding of these possibilities.

As for dimensions, if you have a question regarding the exact dimensions of a piece, prior to purchasing, please feel free to contact us and inquire about them.

Responsibility Disclaimer:

In no event shall Tomasello Winery, Inc., its employees, or any of its vendors, be liable for any damages, including without limitation, special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages, whatsoever, resulting from access or use of any products. By purchasing any product on this site you agree to these terms.

Website Errors:

As you can imagine, great customer service is a top goal of ours. However, on occasion, errors can and will occur on our website. Prices or pictures may be mistakenly attributed to a non-matching description. We will strive to make corrections as efficiently as possible, however, we must reserve the right to void or refund sales made on misrepresented items.

Handmade Items and Glassware:

Please know that hand-made items and glassware represent the union of beauty and mastery that come together to create something entirely unique. Many pieces will be near perfection, however, there will always be some that may have small bubbles, striations or textural differences visible to the naked eye. While some, might be altogether not acceptable – if texture is on the lip of the piece or is entirely not of the piece, i.e. ash bits, but most add to the unique character of a hand-made piece and should be valued as such.
