MOSCATO RECIPES

 

The PBC 

3 oz. peanut butter whiskey 

2 oz. TW Cranberry Moscato 

1 oz. cranberry juice 

1 oz. triple sec 


 Instructions:

Combine over ice in cocktail shaker
Stir until chilled
Strain into ice filled glass & enjoy!


 

Cranberry Cosmo 

2 oz. TW Cranberry Moscato 

1 oz. vodka 

1 oz. Grand Marnier 

Juice from ½ lime 

Fresh cranberries for garnish


Instructions: 

Combine & shake over ice
Strain into glass
Garnish & enjoy! 

 

 

Blueberry Hill

2 oz. TW Blueberry Moscato 

2 oz. white cranberry juice 

1 oz. gin 

½ oz. triple Sec 

Sparkling water 

Blueberries & lemon for garnish 

Simple syrup to taste, if desired 

 

Instructions:

Combine, shake, & pour over ice
Top with sparkling water
Garnish & enjoy!


 

Fire Fighter

 2 oz. tequila 

2 oz. TW Grapefruit Moscato 

1 oz. grapefruit juice 

2 oz. grapefruit seltzer 

Grapefruit & jalapeño slices for garnish 

Lime juice & chili lime spice for rim 

 

Instructions:

Rim glass with chili spice
Combine in shaker & pour over ice
Top with seltzer


 

Black & Bourbon 

3 oz. TW Blackberry Moscato

2 oz. Earl Grey tea

1.5 oz. bourbon

1 oz. simple syrup

Blackberries & rosemary for garnish 


Instructions: 

Muddle 1 ounce simple syrup & 2 blackberries
Combine in shaker & stir 
 Strain over ice & garnish 


 

Watermelon Margarita 

3 oz. TW Watermelon Moscato
2 oz. tequila
Watermelon cocktail mix to taste
Juice from ½ a lime
Salt, lime & watermelon for garnish 

 

Instructions:

Combine & shake gently
Pour over ice & garnish 


 

Peachy Keen 

1 bottle TW Peach Moscato 

1 bottle TW Blanc de Blanc Brut 

1 ½ cups coconut rum 

Splash of pineapple juice 


Instructions: 

Build over ice in glass
Top with juice & garnish

 

 

CIDER RECIPES 

 

Sunset Cider 

2 oz. TW Pineapple Cider 

2 oz. coconut rum 

2 oz. pineapple juice 

½ oz. grenadine 

Orange slice & maraschino cherries for garnish 


Instructions: 

Combine & shake gently
Pour over ice & slowly add grenadine
Garnish & enjoy! 


 

Captain Apple

4 oz. TW Apple Cider 

1 oz. spiced rum 

½ oz. apple juice 

½ oz. cranberry juice 

Juice from lemon wedge 

Ginger ale 

 

Instructions:

Build in glass & stir
Top with ice & enjoy!


 

Summer Slush 

1 cup ice 

6 oz. TW Strawberry Mango Cider* 

½ cup frozen strawberries 

½ cup frozen mangoes 

3 oz. vodka 

Strawberries for garnish 

 

Instructions:

Combine & blend until desired consistency reached
Pour into glass & garnish
*Freeze cider in ice cube trays overnight for extra slush 


 

Poison Apple 

1 bottle TW Hard Apple Cider

½ dark rum

½ cup cinnamon schnapps

1 apple, sliced

½ lemon, juiced 


Instructions:

Mix cider, rum & schnapps in pitcher
Toss in apples & juice
Chill for 4+ hours & serve 


 


SANGRIA RECIPES

 

Strawberry Lemon Rosé Sangria 

1 bottle TW Brut Rosé

1/2 cup triple sec

1.5 cups strawberries, sliced

2 lemons, sliced

1 liter club soda or lemon lime soda

 

Instructions:

In a large pitcher, combine all ingredients.
Serve immediately. 

If making in advance, combine fruits, Brut and triple sec and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Add club soda and stir before serving.


 

Peachy Sangria 

3 lemon slices

Handful of peaches

4 oz Tomasello Shore House White

3/4 oz peach syrup (recipe below)

3/4 oz peach liqueur 

Club soda

1/2 of a lemon, juiced

 

Instructions:

In your glass, combine 2 lemon slices, peaches, lemon juice, wine peach syrup, and peach liqueur.

Add ice and top with club soda.

Stir well, add a lemon wheel and peach slice for garnish, & you’re done!

 TIP: multiply the recipe by 5 and make a pitcher!

 

Peach Syrup 

Bring one peach and one cup of water to a boil. Add one cup of sugar and reduce heat.

When peaches are soft enough, muddle them thoroughly.

Strain & keep in an airtight container for up to one week.

 

 

Sunset Sangria 

1 bottle TW Ranier Red 

1 cup vodka 

2 cups orange juice 

2 cups ginger ale 

Fresh fruit for garnish 

 

Instructions:

Combine in large pitcher
Add ice & chill for 4+ hours 


 

Pomegranate Sangria

 1 bottle TW Cabernet Sauvignon
1 cup brandy
1 cup pomegranate juice
1 cup orange juice
Orange slices & pomegranate arils 

Combine in large pitcher
Chill for 4+ hours & serve 


Instructions: 

Combine in shaker with ice
Garnish & serve 


 

Cranberry Sangria 

 1 bottle TW Cranberry Wine

3 Tbs. orange juice

3 Tbs. pomegranate juice

1 cup fresh cranberries

1 orange peel for garnish

 

Instructions:

Place the juices in the bottom of a large pitcher and top with fruit.
Pour in the cranberry wine to fill the pitcher.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.


 

Scarecrow Sangria

3 oz. TW Ranier Rosé 

3 oz. apple cider 

1 oz. brandy 

Apples, orange slices, & cinnamon sticks for garnish 

 

Instructions:

Combine & shake well
Pour over ice
Garnish & enjoy!

Yellow Jacket 

2 oz. TW Daffodil White 

2 oz. pineapple juice 

1 oz. St-Germain 

1 oz. lemon-lime soda 

Pineapple for garnish 

 

Instructions:

Garnish with pineapple chunk 


 

Code Blue

2 oz. TW Ranier White 

1 oz. vodka 

1 oz. cranberry juice

Lovers Lemonade

 1 bottle TW Shore House White 

3 cups pink lemonade

Rosé Bouquet 

4 oz. TW Shore House Rosé 

1 oz. vodka

Pom Pom Punch 

2 oz. TW Ranier Red 

2 oz. vodka

Top with ginger ale & garnish 

 

Jingle Juice 

4 cups cranberry apple juice

2 bottles TW Shore House Red

1 bottle TW Blanc de Blanc Brut

½ cup vodka

2 cups frozen cranberries

Mint leaves & limes 

 

Instructions:

Combine In large pitcher with ice
Stir & chill for 4+ hours 

 

 

FRUIT WINES

 

Cranberry Mule

3 oz. TW Cranberry Wine

1 oz. vodka

½ oz. lime juice

3 oz. ginger beer

Orange slice & rosemary garnish 


Instructions: 

Combine in shaker
Garnish & serve over ice 

 

Blueberry Elderflower Spritz

2 oz elderflower liquor

¾ oz lemon juice

3 oz TW Sparkling Blueberry Wine

1 oz soda water

 

Instructions:

Add ice to a wine glass, add all ingredients, then stir.
Garnish with mint and blueberries

 

Spiced Apple Toddy 

6 oz. TW Spiced Apple Wine 

2 oz. brandy 

1 tsp. lemon juice 

2 tsp. honey 

Cinnamon stick for garnish 


Instructions: 

Heat wine & glass
Coat bottom with honey
Add brandy, wine, & lemon juice
Stir, garnish, & enjoy! 


 

‘Tis The Season 

1 oz. TW Cranberry Wine
1 oz. TW Blanc de Blanc Brut
½ oz. tequila
2 oz. fresh sour
One bar spoon cinnamon apple sauce 

 

Instructions:

Combine & shake with ice
Strain into glass & garnish 


 

SPECIALTY WINES

 

Broomstick BreW 

1 bottle TW Mulled Spice Wine

3 oz. brandy

Cinnamon sticks & orange slices for garnish 


Instructions: 

Combine wine & brandy
Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes – Do not let boil!
Garnish & serve while hot 


 

Ice Queen Martini

 1 oz. TW Vidal Blanc Ice Wine 

1 oz. apple juice 

2 oz. vodka 

Frozen grapes for garnish 

 Instructions:

Build over ice & shake
Pour into chilled glass
Garnish & enjoy! 



INCREDIBLE CREAMS

 

Choco-tini Time

Ingredients:

2 oz Chocolate Fudge Incredible Cream
1 oz vodka
1 oz Creme de cacao
Ice
Chocolate sauce and chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Coat the rim of a glass with chocolate syrup and dip in shaved chocolate. Set aside.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Add the Chocolate Fudge Incredible Cream, vodka, and creme de cacao.
  4. Shake well until chilled.
  5. Strain into the prepared martini glass.


Chocolate Mint Cookie Delight

Ingredients:

2 oz Chocolate Fudge Incredible Cream
1 oz Peppermint schnapps
Ice
Chocolate sauce and crushed peppermint (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Rim with chocolate sauce and crushed peppermint
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Add the Chocolate Fudge Incredible Cream and peppermint schnapps.
  4. Shake well until chilled.
  5. Strain into a glass filled with ice.


Chocolate Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

2 oz Mocha Java Incredible Cream

1 oz vodka

1 oz freshly brewed espresso (cooled)

Ice

Coffee beans (optional, for garnish)

 

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Mocha Java Incredible Cream, vodka, and espresso.
  3. Shake well until chilled.
  4. Strain into a martini glass.
  5. Garnish with coffee beans (optional).


Mocha Mudslide

Ingredients:

2 oz Mocha Java Incredible Cream

1 oz vodka

1 oz irish cream liqueur

Ice

Chocolate syrup and whipped cream (optional, for garnish)

Instructions: 

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add Mocha Java Incredible Cream, vodka, and Irish cream liqueur.
  3. Shake well until chilled.
  4. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside a glass 
  5. Strain the mixture into the glass.
  6. Top with whipped cream (optional).

 

Almond Joy Martini

 2 parts TW Almonique

1 part chocolate liquor

1 part coconut rum

Chocolate shavings for garnish 

Instructions:

Combine & shake over ice
Strain into glass & garnish 

 

Raspberry Bonbon 

1.5 oz. Tomasello Dark Chocolate Dipped Raspberry Creams

1 oz. raspberry infused vodka

.5 oz coconut liqueur

2 dashes orange bitters

 
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled then strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with fresh raspberries on a pick.

 

For infused vodka: 

Loosely fill an 8 oz jar with fresh, washed raspberries.
Muddle berries into a pulp.
Fill jar with unflavored vodka.
Seal, shake, and allow to infuse for at least one hour.
Fine strain, discard fruit pulp, and rebottle until ready to use. 

 

Gimmie S’more Martini 

2 oz S’mores Incredible Creams

1 oz chocolate liquer

1 oz heavy cream or milk

Chocolate syrup and graham cracker crumbs to rim the glass

Marshmallows for garnish

 
Instructions:

  1. Rim a martini glass with graham cracker crumbs by dipping the rim in chocolate syrup and then dipping it in the crumbs.
  2. In a shaker filled with ice, combine S'mores Incredible Cream, chocolate liqueur, and heavy cream or milk.
  3. Shake well until chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass and garnish with a marshmallow. Toast the marshmallow for special effect.

 

S’mores White Russian 

2 oz vodka (if you have marshmallow vodka on hand, use that!)

1 oz coffee liqueur

1 oz  S’mores Incredible Cream


Instructions: 

Add vodka and coffee liqueur to a rocks glass filled with ice.
Add S’mores Incredible Cream, and stir.

 Swipe some chocolate frosting on the side, then roll it in crushed graham cracker.
Garnish with some marshmallows, and enjoy!

 

Tomasello Mudslide

1.5 oz. Tomasello Chocolate Fudge Cream 

1 oz. coffee liquor 

1 oz. vodka 

1.5 oz. heavy cream 

 
Instructions:

Add to a cocktail shaker, shake, strain & enjoy! 

 

Sugar Cookie Martini

 1.5 oz. Tomasello a la Mode Cookies and Cream

1.5 oz. vanilla vodka

1 oz. amaretto liqueur

Frosting & sprinkles, for rimming

 
Instructions:

Prepare your glass by creating a frosting rim and then dipping in colored sprinkles.
Set glass aside.
In your shaker, add Tomasello Cookies and Cream, vanilla vodka and amaretto liqueur. Add ice. Shake for several seconds.
Pour into your prepared glass and enjoy! 

 

Cookies & Cream Spiked Hot Chocolate 

6 oz. Tomasello Cookies & Cream 

2 cups milk 

3 Tbs. chocolate syrup 

1/4 Tsp vanilla 

pinch of cinnamon 

1/4 semisweet chocolate chips 

Whipped cream for garnish

 

Chocolate Peppermint Spiked Hot Chocolate for 2 

6 oz. Tomasello Chocolate Dipped Peppermint Incredible Cream

1 ½ c. milk

2 servings of your favorite hot chocolate mix

1/4 tsp. vanilla

mini marshmallows

peppermint stick or candy cane, optional

 
Instructions:

Combine milk, hot chocolate mix and vanilla in a saucepan and gently warm.
Do not let boil. Just before serving, add Chocolate Dipped Peppermint Incredible Cream.
Pour into mugs and garnish with mini marshmallows and a peppermint stick or candy can.

 

Winter Dream-Tini

Chocolate Dipped Peppermint Incredible Cream

Candy canes

Chocolate syrup

Whipped cream

Instructions: 

Place Chocolate Dipped Peppermint Incredible Cream and ice in a shaker. Shake until cold.
Place candy canes in a bag and crush them. Spread the pieces on a plate.
Pour chocolate syrup on a plate, dip your glass rim in the syrup, then in the candy cane pieces.
Pour drink into the glass, garnish with whipped cream.


Orange Cream-y Martini

2 oz Orange Cream Incredible Creams
1 oz vanilla vodka
2 oz orange juice
Ice


Instructions:
 

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Pour in the Orange Incredible Creams, vanilla vodka and orange juice.
  3. Shake well until chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice or a twist.


Dreamsicle Float

2 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 oz Orange Cream Incredible Creams
Orange soda


Instructions:
 

  1. Add a few scoops of vanilla ice cream to a tall glass
  2. Pour in the Orange Incredible Creams
  3. Top with orange soda
  4. Add a straw and enjoy this adult treat


Pina Colada Twist

2 oz Tropical Coconut Incredible Cream

1 oz white rum

1 oz pineapple juice

1 oz coconut milk (optional for extra creaminess)

Ice

Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions:
 

  1. Fill a blender with ice.
  2. Add the coconut pineapple cream liquor, white rum, pineapple juice, and coconut milk (if using).
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.


Coconut Pineapple Daiquiri

2 oz Tropical Coconut Incredible Cream

1 oz white rum

1 oz fresh lime juice

0.5 oz simple syrup

Ice

Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions:
 

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Tropical Coconut Incredible Cream, white rum, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Shake well until chilled.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple and a maraschino cherry.



 

MORE THAN COCKTAILS

 

ARTISAN ORCHARD CIDER BREAD

3 cups flour 

3 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

¼ cup sugar

12 oz. TW Hard Apple Cider
*Add more if the mixture is too sticky

1 Tbsp. melted butter 

 
Instructions:

Combine dry ingredients & cider in mixing bowl
Pour into greased 8 ½ x 4 ½ pan & top with melted butter
Bake for 1 hour at 350° F


Blueberry Wine Vinaigrette

½ cup TW Blueberry Wine

2 Tbsp. dijon mustard

1 shallot, finely minced

½ cup sugar

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

1 cup canola oil

Salt & pepper to taste 

Instructions: 

Combine mustard, shallot, & sugar
Whisk in ½ cup oil until mixture thickens, then add ACV
Add remaining oil, wine, salt, & pepper


 

Cabernet Sauvignon Demi-Glacé

8 oz.  center cut Filet

Montreal steak seasoning

¾ cup chopped shallots

1 cup TW Cabernet Sauvignon

2 cups demi-glacé

½ cup butter 

 

Instructions:

Season, sear, & cook Filet to desired temperature
Sauté shallots in oiled pan until tan in color
Add wine & reduce by ¼
Add demi-glacé & simmer until thick
Remove from heat & whisk in butter
Plate Filet & top with demi-glacé
