Apple Cider Bread

3 cups flour – sifted
3 tsps Baking Powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
12 ounces Tomasello Winery Hard Apple Cider
1/4 cup melted butter

Preheat over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an 8 1/2 by 4 1/2 loaf pan. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar into a mixing bowl. Add cider to the bowl, continue to add more cider if the mixture is too sticky. Pour into greased loaf pan and and top with melted butter. Bake 1 hour until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes and enjoy!

Cranberry Cider Bread

2 cups flour
¾ cup sugar
1 ½ tsp baking powder
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
¼ cup butter cut into small chunks
 ¾ cup Tomasello Cranberry Cider
 1 egg beaten
1 cup chopped cranberries
½ cup chopped walnuts

Preheat over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an 8 1/2 by 4 1/2 loaf pan. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda into a mixing bowl. Add butter into mixture until well combined, add cider and egg, mix well. Fold in cranberries and walnuts. Spoon batter into greased loaf pan. Bake about 1 hour until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing then move to wire rack to cool completely.
